1) After interviewing with an STS Customer, please call your Stirling Technical Staffing Account Manager within
60 minutes. It's important for you to communicate your thoughts about your interview to STS Staffing quickly.
2) During an interview you're being judged on your ability to make decisions. As you're being judged, please judge
our customer. Make a judgment call about our customer, it's location, people and projects. Make a decision as
to whether or not this is the kind of company you would consider working for.
3) During any discussions about your salary expectations, please say,
I'm Open. You may tell our customer what you're earning but please say you are looking for the right opportunity.
If you are pressed about salary expectations. Remind them that you are making a career decision and that the company,
people and projects are most important. Remember, it is important that our customer falls in love with you before
Stirling Technical Staffing can negotiate a new salary for you. Get them to want you first!
4) Dress for an interview appropriately. You only have one chance to make a first impression. We ask
that you wear a suit or at least Business Casual. If you like the position, ask for it! Tell our customer when
you can start.
